Rope skipping is the ideal meeting between acrobatic and sportive activity. You learn to jump into different ropes to music. You do this alone or in a team. In a later phase you learn acrobatic jumps in the ropes. By rope skipping you improve your condition, your sense of rhythm, coordination and jumping skills.
