You learn the basics of a number of urban techniques: Parkour in the hall, Tricking on the airtrack, ... Fitness, (jumping) power, flexibility and coordination are trained to fly over obstacles and perform urban arts in the most spectacular way possible. Our specialised trainers stimulate your creativity and offer challenges tailored to the group.
The activity is in Dutch.
